Here is Mr. Welch's suggested summer assignment that will have you well prepared for Algebra:

1.  Under Help with math, click on @hometutor
2.  Click Start
3.  If prompted, click on the state of Nebraska
4.  Click Pre-Course Topics and Practice
5.  For each topic there is both instruction and exercises.  I recommend going through each one this summer.  If you are very familiar with a topic,
you can skip the instruction and head straight for the exercises.  I would shoot to score at least 8/10 on each of the exercises before moving on.

There are 21 total Pre-Course Topics, if you work through 2 per week, you will have them all worked through by the end of the summer.

This is to keep your mind fresh so that when August 19th rolls around, we can dive right into the exciting world of Algebra!
