St. Patrick’s School 5th Grade Parent Luncheon
You are cordially invited to join your child for lunch on Friday, October 26, 2007.
Time: Meet in the school lobby at 11:35 & eat at 11:45.
Menu: Pizza Mini Carrots Lettuce Salad with dressing
Peaches Milk
Cost: $2.35 per adult meal
Ala Cart items may be purchased separately the day of the luncheon. These items are $.50 each.
**Fast food is not permitted as it will jeopardize our federal funding.
Guests: Due to spacing limitations, we ask that you limit the number of guests to two adults—no siblings, please.
RSVP: Please fill out the bottom of the form and return it to Ms. Boever by Monday, October 22. Menu items will need to be ordered so your prompt response is appreciated.
