Ch. 3 Sec. 1 Fishes Notes

SNOW ICE CREAM--Recipe shared by Kerry B. (for Amanda's birthday treat!)

1 large bowl of clean snow (about 4 quarts)

2 -3 eggs                                                  1/4 cup milk or cream

1/2 cup sugar                                           pinch of salt

1 T vanilla, lemon or other flavor of choice

Beat mixture together.  Add snow last.  Enjoy!
