The students did an excellent job with the first reading from the Letter of Saint Paul to the Colossians.  In this passage, St. Paul reminds us that just as we dress ourselves in clothing each morning, we must not forget to put on our "shirts of heartfelt compassion," "pants of kindness," "shoes of humility and gentleness," "sweaters of patience" and "ponchos of LOVE."  Dressing ourselves each morning with spirituality is just as important as putting on our clothing.  Over everything we must put on LOVE so that we can be Christ-like in our words and deeds.
